The credit that Mike’s Best Friends will receive will be on a separate “Thank You” page in the program. Mike’s Best Friends will not receive any credit anywhere else other than that page in the program, (e.g, not in advertising, promotion, publicity, etc.). The size and manner of such billing is in the sole discretion of the producers. No inadvertent failure to provide billing will be deemed a breach.

Ticket selections are subject to availability and on a first-come, first served basis. If first choices are not available, the producer will use his best efforts to find acceptable alternative dates. There is no guarantee regarding seat locations. Payments are non-refundable. If the show closes before one or more of Mike’s Best Friends are able to see the show, the Producer is not responsible. Void where prohibited.
